Welcome “tapas tour” for dinner
The first two days you will be cycling along the amazing Atlantic coastline, following one of the most beautiful routes in Galicia.
Cangas –Parque National Cabo Home- Aldán- Marín- Pontevedra (55Km)
Crossing the bay of Vigo by Ferry, we will enter Cangas,a small fisherman´s village and pick up our bikes.We run along the coast through some beautiful beaches until we reach the Natural park of Cabo Home, then the Port of Aldán, where we stop for lunch to try some typical Galicia seafood. We continue our ride passing by a small village, Bueu until we reach Pontevedra to overnight.Tapas in the old town of

We start our day in Pontevedra and cycle towards and original coast village, Combarro, known for its many “horreos”, a small stone building used for decades in Galicia for drying corn; stop for lunch at nice local restaurant.
Later on we will climb up towards the 12th century Monastery of Santa Maria de Armenteira…take your time and get a sense of peace and calm of the Monastery.
After this break we will continue to the base camp for our Kayak route on El Camino de Santiago.

The four following days kayak tour will take you to precious camp sites , where literally will be living in the middle of the unspoiled Galician nature.
Our first stop will be at Museo del Mar, introducing us into the original fishing traditions in Galica; then following the coast to O Grove and from here paddling to the Punta Carreiron, where you find today´s camp site for the night.CAMPING ILLA DE AROUSA . Camping tent
Starting the day paddling along the island of Carreiron passing other small idyllic islands, before getting to the Illa de Arousa and have a little excursion on land before getting to our camp site for overnight outside the port of Poboa do Caramiñal.

Paddling to the peninsula of Santa Cruz where you find some wonderful beaches and if the tidies low we will see local women looking for clams at the shore side..
Continuing on through the calm waters of the bay we´ll get to the village of Rianxo, where we find our camp site for the night.

We start paddling to isla de Cortegada and later on to Carril,where we get off board to have a short walk. From here we will head up to Ulla River, towards the Viking village of Catoira from here to Pontecesures where we will be leaving our Kayaks. Overnight at a charming Boutique rural house in Padrón.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Final day of our journey to Santiago…We will be walking the last 25 Km….We leave Padrón and pass through small villages until we reach Plaza del Obradoiro in Santiago for our Pilgrim´s credential , and feel the history forming Santiago over the centuries.
Overnight at a beautiful boutique hotel in the Old Quarter.
Farewell dinner at a typical restaurant in the old town.
