Find out what steps are needed along the way (pruning, green pruning, cutting the foliage, ripening control, the grape harvest), and carry out little experiments inside the underground bodega, in order to understand how the wine ferments. You will learn about the aging process by trying some barreled wine, and understand the differences between young (crianza) and old wine.
