Day 01 – Barcelona - Arrival
Arrival at Barcelona airport, where your local host will be waiting for you to take you to your accommodation. After leaving the luggage, you will enjoy a guided in the Gothic neighbourhood, one of the must-see of the city. You will embark on a journey through time to discover the history, culture, traditions, mysteries and secrets of medieval Barcelona. Dinner in a historical restaurant, where you can taste typical dishes with local produce.
Day 02 – Barcelona
After breakfast, you will meet your local guide who will take you to discover the green side of the village through a crafter tour in the natural spaces of the megalopolis. Free afternoon to visit the city museums. Dinner at a traditional winery in the popular neighborhood of Poble Sec.
Day 03 – Barcelona
After breakfast you will have free time to discover the city on your own, visit the Sagrada Familia or the Parc Güell. At dinner time, you will discover a very special social restaurant that is a local project of social inclusion and support for migrants, who are given the opportunity to train in hospitality. You will enjoy a dinner with local and organic produce.
Day 04 – Montserrat & Penedés
After breakfast, a private transport will take you to the Penedés wine region to enjoy a fantastic visit to an ecological and traditional cellar cellar. You will be able to taste their cavas and local cuisine at lunch. Following this, you will visit the Montserrat Monastery to admire this special destination and relax before going back to the big city. Free time for dinner (not included).
Day 05 – L’Estartit
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to the Natural Park of Montgrí and Medes Islands where you will take a kayak to enjoy the Mediterranean sea. This experience is followed by a walk to discover the green tapas – wild herbs – of the bluest coves of the Costa Brava. In the afternoon, you will head to the beautiful medieval town of Pals, where you can enjoy the great views and the local medieval heritage such as the majestic tower, the old castle or the cobbled streets. Free time to enjoy this place on your own and relax. Free time for dinner (not included).
Day 06 – L’Estartit
After breakfast, you will visit a local sustainable fishing project in the Medes Islands. You will learn how they have managed to reproduce the breeding ecosystem of squids that are then sold to local restaurants. Lunch will be served in a partner restaurant, where you will taste the produce very fresh! Afternoon free to discover the surroundings on your own and have dinner.
Day 07 – Barcelona - Return Home
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you back to Barcelona to catch the flight back home. End of services.
