Day #1 – Barcelona
Arrival to Barcelona and transfer to hotel in the city center. Check into your well central located hotel. At 6:00 pm, discover one of the trendiest neighborhoods of Barcelona in the heart of the city, followed by a moving Flamenco show and dinner at a traditional Spanish restaurant, where you will try delicious tapas. After a walking tour through some highlights of the medieval district of Barcelona, sit back and marvel at a list of famous Flamenco artists dancing and playing skillfully. For the finishing touch, head to the Pintxos Gourmet restaurant, to try a selection of “pinchos and tapas”, which are small typical Spanish savory dishes.
Day #2 – Barcelona
In the morning, after breakfast, private walking day tour of the city. Over the duration of the tour, you’ll explore Barcelona at your own pace, stopping in those spots which most interest you. You can follow the itinerary of the regular tours, make your own tour, or let the guide plan you something unique to match your interests. Also, if you simply would like to get to know the main monuments in Barcelona, such as the Sagrada Familia or Parque Güell, this is the tour for you. The tour will finish in your hotel or in the center of Barcelona.
Day #3 – Barcelona
Day off at your own leisure in Barcelona to explore the city.
Day #4 – Bilbao
After breakfast, take the bus to Bilbao. On arrival, make your own way to your hotel, check in, and the rest of the day is off to explore Bilbao. We recommend visiting the Museum Guggenheim.
Day #5 – Bilbao
Nice bike tour in the morning (3hours). The city of Bilbao has changed radically in the last 20 years, from an industrial city to an avant-garde one, where the tradition and the contemporariness go hand in hand. On this bike tour, we would like you to discover and enjoy both, the classical and the modern Bilbao. Get to know the culture, customs and traditions through a local guide. Rest of the day at your own leisure.
Day #6 – Madrid
Early in the morning, train to Madrid. On arrival, make your own way to your hotel. Time off in Madrid at your own leisure.
Day #7 – Madrid
After breakfast, your local guide will take you on a special cultural tour. Discover the streets of Madrid`s famous art district, including contemporary history of youth culture and the latest up to date movements. You will also learn about the “movida madrileña” a very important cultural and musical movement in Madrid in the 80’s.
Day #8 – Madrid
Toledo morning tour from Madrid (08:45 – 13:45). Located 70 km away from Madrid is Toledo, a beautiful city-museum declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is one of the oldest towns in Europe and has a great artistic beauty and buildings from almost all periods in history (Arabian, Gothic, Mudéjar, Renaissance and Baroque style). Toledo is called the “City of the Three Cultures”, since Christians, Muslims and Jews lived together. In the XVI century, it was also home to the great painter El Greco. The tour includes the outside view of the Cathedral; the Church of St. Tomé with El Entierro del señor de Orgaz, the masterpiece of El Greco; the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca; the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes; demonstration of the famous technique of damascene (incrustation of precious metals in steel), and Panoramic Sightseeing of Toledo.
Day #9 – Granada
After breakfast, make your own way to the bus station for your Madrid – Granada Premium Bus. On arrival, check in at the hotel and time at your own leisure. We recommend to visit the Albaicín area for some tapas.
Day #10 – Granada
Today, you will have a morning tour of the incredible Alhambra with English speaking guide.
Time to enjoy this beautiful city. We recommend a visit to The Sacromonte – Roma (Gypsy) area with amazing flamenco.
Day #11 – Seville
After breakfast, take the bus to Sevilla. On arrival, evening off to explore the city.
Day #12 – Seville
In the morning, you will have a fun tour of this beautiful city. See all of Seville’s magnificent sights from a new perspective – exploring the Andalusian city on a Segway! Learn all about its history as you marvel at the spectacular architecture around you.
Day #13 – End of services
In the morning, AVE train – high speed to Madrid (2 hours and 40 minutes).
